SAFEGUARDING AT ST GEORGE’S CHURCH

St George’s Church is committed to Safeguarding and has adopted the National and Diocesan Safeguarding Policies. You can find our Safeguarding Policy here.

In an emergency where there is imminent risk of harm to a child or vulnerable adult, please contact the police on 999 or your local social services department.

Our Parish Safeguarding Officers are Lynne Williams and Penny Weston-Smith. Penny can be contacted on 0xx7709 690xx073. Please remove the letter x from the number in order to use it. The letter x is included to prevent phone numbers being harvested from the website by malicious software.

For out of hours and weekend emergencies please call the Emergency Safeguarding number 0303 003 1111 (option 2). This number will take you through to Thirty One Eight, formerly CCPAS, who will register your call and help with your emergency.
